About Jordan

Jordan Petruska maintains a broad civil litigation practice, defending claims involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability and product liability. Before joining Rogers Partners LLP he served as in-house counsel for a national insurance company. He graduated from Bora Laskin Law School at Lakehead University with his JD in 2021 and, while there, represented clients through the Lakehead University Community Legal Clinic on landlord-tenant, criminal and employment matters. As an undergraduate at Wilfrid Laurier University, he captained the men's baseball team, was named Pitcher of the Year, and helped the team win an Ontario University Athletics championship. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2022 and focuses his practice on achieving favourable settlements and judgments for clients.
