About Jordan
Jordan Kofman practises commercial litigation, acting for businesses and individuals in a broad range of disputes. He holds a BA from Western University and a JD from Queen's University. He articled at a personal injury firm and spent nine years there acting for seriously injured clients in claims against major insurers, before moving his practice to commercial litigation. He has been listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch since 2023. Before entering law, he worked as a policy advisor at Ontario's Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
