About Kristen

Kristen Douglas advises clients in corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing, and estate planning and administration. She joined the firm in 2023 after more than 14 years as in-house counsel for a large ski resort company operating in Canada and the United States. She earned law degrees from the University of Kent in England in 1998 and the University of New Brunswick in 2000, was admitted to the Bar in British Columbia in 2001, and returned to practise in Ontario in 2002.
