Mary Anne Cummings
Mary Anne Cummings is a founding partner of Christie/Cummings who practises civil, family, estates and construction litigation, and also advises clients on estate planning. She has argued at the Supreme Court of Canada, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Divisional Court and the Superior Court of Justice, and has served as a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Division. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School.
