About Jordan

Jordan Helm is a lawyer at Kina Law with extensive experience serving First Nations, Indigenous entities, individuals, and businesses in corporate law, commercial buy-sell transactions, real estate law, and estate planning. He operated a solo law practice for nearly 10 years and was part of a four-lawyer partnership for three years before co-founding Kina Law in 2020. Jordan previously worked overseas in Ghana and Bangkok, and with the BC Securities Commission, the BC Ministry of Justice, and as a law student supervisor at the Law Centre. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, both from the University of Victoria.
