About Julie

Julie Donati founded Mobility Legal in 2003 to offer more accessible legal services on Southern Vancouver Island. She has practiced law for more than 18 years, concentrating on family law matters such as separation, parenting, and cohabitation agreements. Donati also works as a mediator and arbitrator, handling family, employment, and property disputes, and offers parent coordination that combines both approaches for custody and scheduling conflicts. Her practice bills by flat rate or hourly fee rather than a traditional retainer, with day, evening, and weekend appointments available. She is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia and belongs to the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and the Hear the Child Society.
