About Jonathan
Jonathan (JJ) Hudolin has significant experience working with publicly listed and private companies pursuing stock exchange listings, with several years of practice as a capital markets professional and practising lawyer in Vancouver and Calgary. He has helped guide companies in technology, life sciences, mining, oil and gas, gaming, e-sports and investment industries through the go-public process. Before joining DuMoulin Black, he worked as a Senior Listings Manager with the TSX Venture Exchange in Vancouver, managing transactions as part of its listed issuer services team, and was a member of the TSXV's Executive Listing Committee. He is currently a member of the TSXV's Local Advisory Committee in Vancouver and the Canadian Bar Association, and a practising member of the Law Society of British Columbia. He was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for securities law in 2026. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2012.
