James B. Stewart is a senior commercial lawyer and former managing partner at Hamilton Duncan, whose practice focuses on business and real estate development. He has practised in Surrey since 1980 and has been a resident there since 1995, and is highly active in the community, including as Chair Emeritus of SFU's Board of Governors and SFU Surrey Community Advisory Council, and as a former President of the Surrey Board of Trade.
