About Alisha

Alisha Dial practices corporate and securities law with a focus on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She advises public and private companies on corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and other corporate and securities law compliance matters. Before joining DuMoulin Black, she articled at a national law firm in Toronto, gaining experience in corporate and securities law. She was called to the Ontario bar and the British Columbia bar in 2025.
