About Caroline

Caroline Hendrick practices corporate and securities law with a focus on public company transactions, including public offerings, private financings and mergers and acquisitions, and has experience acting for underwriters and agents in private placements. She advises public and private companies on corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and compliance matters, and is also qualified to practice in the state of New York. Before joining DuMoulin Black she worked as a U.S. corporate immigration lawyer for large multinational companies. She was called to the New York bar in 2020, the British Columbia bar in 2023, and the Yukon bar in 2026.
