Jonathan Hillson is a litigator in Edmonton focused on construction law, construction lien claims, contractual disputes, and insurance coverage disagreements. He has argued cases before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented clients in multi-million dollar negligence, construction, shareholder, and infrastructure disputes.
