Akhil Vohra practices construction law and commercial litigation in Edmonton, with experience in builders' lien disputes, delay and productivity claims, and construction contract drafting and negotiation for developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Vohra also handles commercial tenancy, real estate, employment, and shareholder disputes, appearing before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, and international arbitration tribunals. Vohra earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2013 and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary in 2009, and completed a Certificate in Construction Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021. Vohra is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi.
