About Amy

Amy Nothof practices corporate and commercial law and real estate law in Edmonton, including private mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, partnerships and joint ventures, franchise law, and aviation matters, alongside the acquisition, financing, and sale of commercial and residential real estate and commercial leasing. Nothof earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with distinction, with a minor in mathematics, in 2014. Nothof was called to the Alberta bar in 2018 and is also a member of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories. Nothof co-chaired Ogilvie LLP's United Way employee campaign in 2017.
