About Jonathan

Jonathan Dale is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's St. John's office, called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2006. He works with manufacturers, natural resource companies and municipalities, and has represented a client against a publicly traded company over an advance royalty payment claim, defended a university facing a class action lawsuit, and represented numerous municipalities in litigation matters. Dale currently serves as Law Director for Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador. He holds an LLB from Dalhousie University (2005), an MA also from Dalhousie (2002), and a BA (honours) from the University of Western Ontario (2001).
