About Jolene

Jolene Otieno advises multinational corporations, start-ups and senior executives on cross-border mobility and workforce compliance matters, covering the full life cycle of global talent movement, including business travel and immigration planning. She has more than 20 years of experience in Canadian immigration law, has represented clients before various tribunals, and has served as a curriculum developer and instructor for the Immigration Practitioner's Program at Bow Valley College. She is a founding member of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
