John Piazza is counsel at Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP with more than 30 years' experience in real estate, commercial, and corporate law. He was called to the bar in 1973 after earning an LL.B. from Queen's University and a B.A. from Carleton University. His practice covers residential and commercial real estate purchases and sales, mortgages, land development, and complex commercial financing and leasing, along with corporate reorganization and restructuring. He's a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association, and has been involved in charitable and political fundraising, including as past chair of the corporate fundraising committee of Villa Marconi.
