About Jason

Jason Rabin is a partner and co-founder of Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP and leads the firm's civil litigation department. He was called to the bar in 2006 after earning a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2003. His practice covers insurance coverage, corporate and commercial matters, real estate, and professional negligence, and he has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Federal Court, and tribunals including the WSIAT and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Rabin previously practised at insurance litigation boutiques in Toronto and in the litigation department of a national firm in Ottawa, and has taught Civil Procedure as a law professor at the University of Ottawa.
