John Melia is a construction and commercial litigation lawyer who has acted on hundreds of complex disputes over the past 25 years, with trial, arbitration, and appeal experience involving major infrastructure and institutional projects. His clients include national and international contractors and subcontractors, municipalities, institutional owners, professional engineers, bonding companies, and construction insurers across Canada. His practice spans contract review, project delivery and financing, procurement, construction liens, delay claims, and deficiency and warranty disputes.
