About Marnie

Marnie K. Setterington Goens was born and raised in Kingsville and Leamington and now lives in Kingsville. After being called to the Ontario bar in 2005, she worked as an associate at a Windsor firm in civil and commercial litigation before joining Ricci, Enns, Rollier & Setterington LLP in 2009 and becoming a partner in 2014. She now has a general practice in corporate and commercial law, commercial and residential real estate, and wills, estate planning, and administration. She is a past director of Erie Shores Health Care and a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association. She holds a B.Sc. (1998) and M.Sc. (2001) from the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor (2004).
