About John
John D. Whyte is a senior partner who heads the civil litigation department at Lakes, Whyte LLP and has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, in matters including business and shareholder disputes, estate and executor disputes, and personal injury claims. He graduated from the University of Toronto Law School in 1991 and was called to the BC bar in 1992. He has served as president of the North Shore Multicultural Society, the North Vancouver-Lonsdale Liberal Riding Association, and the North Shore Bar Association, and as a director of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
