About John

John A. McLachlan is a Director and owner of Lex Pacifica, practising commercial litigation and administrative law with experience in construction litigation, builders' liens, shareholder disputes, employment litigation, discipline matters, real estate transactions, commercial lease disputes, and property tax disputes. He has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court, the Federal Court, and various administrative tribunals, including the Employment Standards Tribunal and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. He regularly writes for the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia's INPUT magazine and was a contributing author to the CLE British Columbia Property Assessment Manual from 2009 to 2013.
