About Sunny

Sunny Uppal practises in McQuarrie's dispute resolution and litigation group, representing homeowners, developers, contractors, and local governments on regulatory compliance, permitting, and civil matters throughout BC. He has litigated before provincial and Supreme Courts as well as administrative tribunals, handling easement disputes, nuisance claims, commercial leases, agricultural land matters, and neighbour disputes. He was called to the bar in both British Columbia and Alberta in 2020.
