About Gerald

Gerald Miller serves as GMA's managing partner, drawing on his background in real estate, condominium, and business law to give condo boards practical, wide-ranging advice. Having previously served as president of one of Toronto's largest condominium boards, he brings a firsthand understanding of the human side of condo disputes that can get lost in purely legal analysis. Following a tragic murder case at his own condominium, he became a vocal advocate for condominium safety and security, and he continues to write and speak on the topic at industry events. He also advised on the creation of Conduit, an electronic status certificate provider for the condominium industry.
