About Joe
Joe Struck is a founder of Felesky Flynn and was appointed King's Counsel in 1994 and a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta in 1995. He advises on resource tax, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution, and mentors the firm's lawyers. He has taught at the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary and CPA Canada, and served on the instructional team for CPA Canada's In-Depth Oil and Gas Taxation and Mergers and Acquisitions programs. He has served on numerous community boards, including the Board of Governors of the University of Calgary and the Board of Trustees of Calgary Health Trust. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975.
