Joanne McPhail is the firm's Managing Partner and a business and real estate lawyer with entrepreneurial experience. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Hons B.A. in 1990 and an LLB in 1993, and is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law. She also serves as the firm's Chief Innovation Officer and Chair of Finance.
