About Joanne

Joanne Martin founded Align Family Law after working in the family department of a full-service firm in the Fraser Valley, and has practised exclusively in family law since graduating from the Allard School of Law at UBC. She favours resolving family law disputes outside of court, working with clients and the other side to reach fair and balanced separation agreements. She is an accredited Family Law Mediator and a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the Victoria Collaborative Family Separation Professionals group.
