About Jived
Jived Sood practises real estate law, including the sale, purchase, refinancing and transfer of residential and commercial properties and secured lending, along with corporate law matters such as asset and share sales, general business matters, lease transactions and commercial agreements. He began his legal career in India, where he practised for over a decade as a corporate lawyer and in private practice within the civil and revenue courts, handling civil disputes, property disputes and real estate transactions. He was admitted to the Indian Bar in November 2011, the Ontario Bar in 2020 and the Alberta Bar in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, a Bachelor of Laws from Panjab University in India, and a Master of Laws degree.
