About Samanpreet

Samanpreet Sooch is the founding and managing partner of Bench Law Office LLP. He is dual-licensed, maintaining active status with the Law Society of Alberta and the Bar Council of India, and began his legal career in India with more than five years of practice before joining the Alberta Bar in 2021. His Calgary-based practice concentrates on real estate conveyancing, including residential and commercial transactions, and on resolving property and contractual disputes. His clients include private lenders, institutional financiers, builders and property developers.
