About Jillian
Jillian Newton is an associate at the firm. Newton's practice centers on corporate law, with particular attention to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment funds. During law school, Newton gave time to the Elizabeth Fry Society, based in Mainland Nova Scotia, then served as an executive member of the Business Law Association at Dalhousie. While completing articles, Newton also volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program.
