About Jessica
Jessica Kind graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 2017, after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Simon Fraser University with a major in International Studies focused on International Development. Before joining Lypkie Henderson in June 2019, she gained experience in labour law and professional regulatory law at two Edmonton law firms and worked as a policy consultant for the College of Licensed Practical Nurses. She completed her articles with Lypkie Henderson and was called to the bar in 2019. Her practice is primarily in wills and estates, with a focus on adult guardianship and trusteeship matters.
