About Chandrima

Chandrima Gupta earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Alberta. During law school she volunteered with Student Legal Services in its Criminal and Civil divisions and with the Women's Law Forum. She articled and practiced at a downtown Edmonton firm, gaining experience in employment and family law, before joining Lypkie Henderson. Her practice covers employment matters such as wrongful dismissal, human rights, and severance package and contract reviews, as well as family law matters including division of family property, child and spousal support, and parenting. She has represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and speaks Hindi fluently with conversational Urdu and Punjabi.
