About Kyle

Kyle McKinney was admitted to practice in Alberta in 2013 and practises as a solicitor in real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law, including the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, and shareholder agreements. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in 2005 and an LLB with Honours from Queen's University, Belfast in 2009, and attended the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, where he was jointly awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice by the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University in 2010. Kyle has served several terms as a director of the Sherwood Park and District Chamber of Commerce and is its current president. He enjoys coaching soccer and golfing in his spare time.
