About Fraser

Fraser Lypkie is a lifelong Edmontonian who earned an undergraduate degree in Anthropology at the University of Alberta before completing a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours at the University of Sussex in England in 2013. He completed his articles at Lypkie Henderson and was called to the bar in 2016, and his practice has focused exclusively on wills and estates since then, covering estate planning, estate administration and estate-related disputes. He has extensive experience in estate administration, including acting as a private executor and preparing probate and grant of administration applications, and his practice includes higher-value estate planning and administration matters. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has presented on estate planning and administration for the Legal Education Society of Alberta and Cambridge Forums.
