About Jessica

Jessica Kim is a lawyer at Pacific Medical Law, representing individuals who have suffered injuries from medical malpractice, including medically and legally complex catastrophic injury cases. She joined the firm after graduating from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, where she won the Marilyn Moysa Award in Health Law. Before law school, Kim earned a Master of Health Administration from the UBC Faculty of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University's Faculty of Health Sciences, and worked at the UBC Centre for Rural Health Research and the SFU Centre for Research on Early Child Health and Education. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2024 and is fluent in Korean. Kim is a member of the Law Society of BC, the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC.
