She was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2011 after earning her law degree at the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science at Mount Saint Vincent University. Jessica has extensive experience in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces, handling union certification, unfair labour practice complaints, grievance arbitrations, labour injunctions, occupational health and safety matters, human rights complaints and wrongful dismissal actions. She was named a 2024 Rising Star: Leading Lawyer Under 40 by Lexpert Magazine and is recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading employment law practitioner. She sits on the board of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
