About Jessica

Jessica Barlow joined Jerch Law as an articling student in 2015 and became an associate in June 2016. She earned her law degree from the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall in 2015, after completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Manitoba with a major in Criminology and a minor in Native Studies. Her studies focused on constitutional law, Aboriginal and treaty rights, Metis law, and environmental law, and she continues her association with Jerch Law while working as in-house counsel. Barlow is a member of the Manitoba Metis Community and focuses her practice on advocating for the interests of Indigenous peoples and communities throughout Manitoba.
