About Andrew

Andrew McKelvey-Gunson is a partner and co-founder of WRMG Law, practising primarily in criminal law, child protection, and Wildlife Act litigation. He has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Manitoba and practises in Winnipeg, Selkirk, and surrounding areas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from the same university in 2011, and was called to the bar in 2012. He articled at Phillips Aiello before co-founding WRMG Law in 2015 with Tara Walker and Matthew Raffey. He is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba and the Manitoba Criminal Defence Lawyers Association, and regularly guest lectures for the Manitoba Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section and the Criminal Law Student Group at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law.
