About Daniel
Daniel A. Wolson is a criminal defence lawyer and co-founder of Wolson, Roitenberg, Robinson, Wolson, Minuk (WRRW) in Winnipeg. He grew up in a family of lawyers and studied Criminal Justice at the University of Winnipeg before earning his Bachelor of Laws from Queen Mary, University of London. Dan completed his articles at Gindin, Wolson, Simmonds, Roitenberg, where he practised criminal law exclusively for more than a decade before co-founding WRRW in 2021. His practice focuses on impaired driving, narcotics, sexual assault, and fraud cases, and he has represented clients as both junior counsel and lead counsel across Manitoba's courts. Mentored by Richard J. Wolson, K.C., Dan takes a hands-on, tactical approach centred on trial preparation and courtroom strategy, and has secured acquittals at all levels of court in the province.
