About Rory
Rory Tighe's practice focuses primarily on tax litigation and tax dispute resolution at all stages. He completed his articles as a clerk at the Alberta Court of Appeal and spent an additional year clerking for Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella of the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining Felesky Flynn, he worked at a national law firm and then spent over five years as a tax litigator at the Department of Justice, advising on audits and objections and conducting Tax Court matters, while also teaching taxation at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2018, the British Columbia bar in 2019 and the Alberta bar in 2020, and holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Oxford.
