About Jesse

Jesse Rock has a broad professional background spanning social work, investigation, and litigation, which he draws on to assist clients with administrative and civil matters. Before entering law, he worked for over 15 years as a child and youth counselor and social worker in British Columbia, the United Kingdom, and the Northwest Territories, and later worked as an investigator with the Manitoba Human Rights Commission and as a mediator and court-appointed family assessor with Manitoba Families. He graduated from the University of Manitoba's law program, where he received the Judge Ross A. Johnston Prize for Family Law and the Mr. Justice Gerald W.J. Mercier Prize for Advanced Family Law. Rock articled and then practiced litigation at a large Winnipeg firm before joining Hill Sokalski LLP in 2024, focusing on investigations, alternative dispute resolution, and complex litigation. He was called to the bar in 2020.
