Managing Partner at Jensen Law
Jeremy Jensen is the managing partner of Jensen Law, a Kamloops firm his family has run for generations. He took over the practice from his father, Peter Jensen, in 2010, and has represented clients at every level of court, including the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Jeremy holds a master's degree in law from the University of Canterbury, where his thesis examined the over-representation of Aboriginal people in the penal systems of Canada and New Zealand. His results have been reported in the media, including a client's bail release on a murder charge and a sentence reduced to half of what the Crown sought.
