About Gillian

Jill is an associate counsel and experienced trial lawyer whose career has included litigation practice in Vancouver, Surrey, and Kelowna, with a focus on personal injury, insurance litigation, commercial litigation, employment law, and estate litigation. Called to the bar in 1987, she is also a qualified mediator and has served on the BC Mediator Roster since 2003. She taught a fourth-year political science course on contemporary law at the University of British Columbia Okanagan for five years and served on the Law Society of BC's Discipline Tribunal from 2016 to 2024.
