About Roger
Roger Zhang is the principal and managing lawyer at TZ Law, practising employment and labour law, human rights law, and workplace privacy matters. He is licensed to practise civil litigation in both Alberta and British Columbia and handles wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, and privacy disputes. Before founding TZ Law, he worked at a boutique employment firm, a mid-size full-service firm, and a national plaintiff-side employment litigation firm, and gained complex litigation experience at a global firm. He holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional, Canada (CIPP/C) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, which supports his advisory work on employee data and workplace privacy compliance. He is fluent in Mandarin and provides services in that language.
