About Jennifer
Jennifer Badley is a senior commercial litigation lawyer whose experience spans both private practice and in-house roles. Over the years her practice has touched securities litigation, class actions, white collar criminal defence, fraud litigation, environmental prosecutions, professional liability, and competition investigations, along with a range of complex commercial disputes. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario and has substantial experience in case and trial planning, including trial strategy, witness preparation, and e-discovery and document management. Jennifer was called to the bar in 1988 and holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the McCarthy & McCarthy Prize, as well as a B.A. from the University of Toronto.
