About Jenna

Jenna D'Aurizio handles a growing civil litigation practice covering shareholder disputes, civil fraud, complex commercial matters, professional liability, and class actions. Before joining her current firm, she worked as a litigation associate at a national firm, focusing on commercial disputes, class actions, and defending regulated professionals. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals, with experience in trials, motions, appeals, judicial reviews, mediations, and regulatory hearings. Jenna earned her J.D. with distinction from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2022 and completed her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen's University as a Loran Scholar. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
