About Shane
Shane Marston maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on insurance defence, appearing before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Federal Court of Canada in complex insurance and commercial disputes. He completed his JD at the University of Ottawa in 2021, where he received the National Academy of Arbitrators' Writing Prize for Emerging Issues in Alternative Dispute Resolution and worked as a writing leader and peer mentor with the university's Legal Writing Academy. He holds an Honours BA from McMaster University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
