About Jeffrey
Jeffrey W. Nanson was born in Windsor and admitted to the Ontario bar in 2004, holding a B.Sc. Honours from the University of Windsor (2000) and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University (2003). His practice covers civil and commercial litigation, construction law, corporate disputes and shareholder oppression claims, employment law and wrongful dismissal, real property litigation, defamation, election act litigation, trademark and patent litigation, elder abuse, civil fraud, municipal law, and collections. He was an agent for the federal Director of Public Prosecutions from 2007 to 2025 and for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources from 2007 to 2020, a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law (2011-2021), and a past president of the Essex Law Association. He belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association.
