Anthony Malandruccolo is a Senior Associate at Willis Business Law practising corporate, real estate and estate planning law. He advises on business mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganizations, acts for buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate matters, and prepares wills, powers of attorney and estate plans. Born and raised in Windsor, he earned his LL.B. with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London in 2019.
