About Joseph

Joseph R. De Luca was born in Windsor and admitted to the Ontario bar in 2003, after an Honours B.A. from Queen's University (1999), study at Université Laval (1996-97), and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor (2002). He practises civil litigation, construction, defamation, and competition law, and belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association.
