About Crista
Crista Rea practises insurance defence, subrogated claims, commercial litigation, construction lien law, and mortgage remedies. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2001 and was called to the bar in 2002, joining Bartlet & Richardes in September 2012. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has conducted private arbitrations before numerous administrative tribunals. Crista is a past president of the Essex Law Association, having served in that role from 2017 to 2018, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
